A beautiful, bright room in a house 5 minutes from UofC, directly beside confederation park on a quiet tree covered street. It’s a 10 minute drive to downtown, 8 blocks for the nearest grocery store. There are multiple bus stops around the corner, and being so close to the university, is within walking distance to the train. It has huge beautiful windows, a fenced in backyard, private deck, new countertops, new insulation, new bathroom, etc. It’s fully furnished with everything you need except for your bedroom. You’d need to provide anything for that. There is in-unit laundry and 2 spacious bedrooms.

I’m a young working professional who works 2 days at home and 3 days in our downtown office each week. I’m originally from south Calgary, but have been travelling for work for the last 5 or so years, so this is the first time I’m back home. I have one cat, Jade, who is the sweetest thing. She’s unsure around other animals so unfortunately she has to be the only pet living there. She might like a fish or two, though! Jade loves people and will cuddle with you all day. She’s exceptionally well-behaved and doesn’t scratch furniture, or anything like that. Usually after work I’m cooking something new in the kitchen. In the summers I’ll be outside having a drink on the patio or playing some sort of outdoor sport.
