2 Bedroom basement suite with a shared bathroom. Utilities $50 a month and this is the split cost for the internet. Parking is on the street but usually easily available. Laundry is in the suite. Full working kitchen. This rental does not allow pets (sorry).

I am quiet and shy but do love talking once I get to know you. I am a student who works full time and volunteers. I generally a clean but cluttered most days. I work early mornings and sometimes late nights so I do like to keep to myself some days. I have been in this place for 2.5 years. Looking for someone who is quiet, okay with boundaries and respectful of space!
