• it is a one year new house, close to 406 and easy to get on QEW.
• There are 4 bedrooms in this house and one of them are renting out. $850 with in-suit bathroom.
• 8 min drive to Brock university and 13 min drive to Niagara college
• 18 min drive to Niagara fall center
• the rent includes internet, gas, water, and electricity
• parking is available and included in the rent
• No smoking or partying in the house
• have a Goldendoodle. very friendly, so need to be dog friendly
• only single occupancy
• first and last month rent required. long or short term is fine, but long term preferred. Minimum 2 month notices needed to be given
• the following documents are needed. 1) employment letter 2) copy of photo ID such as driver’s license or passport 3) credit report 4) most recent 2 pay slips 5) two previous landlord reference
