Amazing shared 2 bed 2 bath apartment located right beside Elbow River in Mission. Incredible spot for creatives. Great size bedroom with a ensuite bath and massive walk in closet. Large living room, dining and kitchen with 10th floor views of the downtown skyline plus east, west and south views of Calgary. You’re 5mins walking to MNP and Lindsay Park and in the summer Rocky Beach is basically your backyard and the best spot to hang out. Not to mention stampede is minutes away and the best spot to view the fireworks. Amenities included are a gym (cardio, machine, weights, squat rack) and a huge social room with pool table. You will need to furnish your own bedroom with a bed etc. but everything else comes furnished. It’s one the best units in the entire building and is such a rare opportunity to get this kind this spot for this price. I am so so sooo sad to say goodbye and will miss living here but excited for whoever gets to enjoy it as much as I have :)

If you need parking it’s an additional $125 and you can rent a storage locker for $35.

I cannot say enough good things about my roommate and want to find someone just as cool as her. We have both have kept the place cozy, clean and relatively quiet with the occasional socializing and hosting.

Ideally you are also someone in their late 20s - early 30s and are down to be a chill, tidy and easy going roomie.
