I rent a totally private room with a locked door, beautiful balcony to drink coffee outdoors, read with a view of Kelso Beach, parking if necessary, very secure house with security cameras, beautiful backyard ideal for a person who works full time and want to rest, or for a quiet student, It is an ideal home to relax and enjoy nature and the beach

All included, shared bathroom, sink, electric fryer, and microwave. Locked doors to room, and private entrance. Close to public transportation and service taxi, across from Kelso beach. No smoking , no parties, no pets , no drugs , references and credit score and parents approval (for students)
