I have 3 furnished room available. 2 are on the main floor and one on the second floor.
UFV Students preferred.
2 smaller rooms are $700 each and a larger room is $800 per month, include all the utilities and WIFI. In house laundry.
One person per room, NO ROOM SHARING.
One kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared. I will also provide microwave, and some pots and pans. The room is furnished with one single bed or a double bed, a desk and a chair.
The location of the house is next to Berry Park. The location is in walking distance to UFV, parks, restaurant, Walmart, and Nofrills. No Pets No Smoking in the house No Drugs of any kind 15 minutes walking distance and 5 minutes biking to UFV 15 minutes walk to No Frills 20 minutes walk to Walmart 10 minutes walk to Mcdonald and other restaurants.
All the roomies are males in their early 20’s. Sharing common area spaces. Currently there are only 3 male students.
