Large furnished private room available from July in the basement of a residential neighborhood in South Windsor. Close to Cabana, St. Clair College, and shopping centers.

The room is in the basement with adjacent kitchen. You have your own bathroom as well with standing shower. Laundry is shared in the basement. Separate entry to basement from backyard.

All utilities (and wifi) included. Room is furnished with a bed/mattress, table and a chair. Lots of closet space. Kitchen has new fridge, new microwave and an old oven. Parking on the driveway.

Last month’s rent deposit ($775) is required.

Although there’s no lease, we expect a minimum of 6 months stay, and we will sign a simple agreement.

Someone is currently living here until end of June, so move-in date is July 1st, but a few days earlier may be possible.

We are a family of 3 (couple and a child). We are non-smokers and don’t have any pets, as such, we only want to share our basement with non-smokers and no pets.
