2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Banff Trail area in Calgary. The building has a coffee shop on the main floor, a rooftop patio, street parking, and underground parking. There is also laundry on every floor. Right across the street from the University of Calgary! The building does not allow smoking, or pets, but other than that is extremely flexible!
