Two Bedroom/Two Bathroom Condo in the Lakes Neighbourhood of Lake Country. Plenty of parking available in the lot behind the building or on the street out front. Request can be made for a parking spot in front of the building, but that is an extra $50 a month. Within a 15 minute walk to the nearest bus station, unit also has Washer and Dryer in it. All utilities included already. Will consider another cat and there is also another cat in the condo already.

I am a quiet, stay at home type person. I like to cook and have no issue with sharing and work an office job during the week.
