About the room

2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom shared Condo in Lake Country’s the Lakes neighborhood. A 15 minute walk from the nearest Bus stop, plenty of walking and hiking trials nearby. Unit comes with Washing and Drying machines. Bedroom is furnished already. One cat does live in the unit already. The building is non-smoking unfortunately, I have no issue with Cannabis or the smell, but you will have to smoke off site. Rent comes with a parking space outside.
