About the room
The property is on the 4th floor of the apartment complex with floor to ceiling windows in living room and bedroom. Very bright and spacious. It comes with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom (accessible from living room or bedroom), open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen, a balcony and a den (with an upright piano). I will not be able to move the piano so you are welcome to use it as long as no damage is done. 3 closets (1 in the hall way, 2 in the bedroom). Just over 800 sq ft. Appliances: in-suite washer/dryer, flat screen TV, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, fridge. Partially furnished with: queen bed, mattress, futon, a bookcase, wall mounted TV. If you need other furniture, I could leave more behind when I move out (open to discussion).
About the roomies
It will not be shared with anyone. You will rent the entire suite. More than 1 person is welcome to live in it.
