Lease starting April 1, 2024. Open to early move-in as well.
Rental includes your own private room and private bathroom. Shared kitchen, living room and large balcony. Rental also includes underground heated parking, storage, heat and water, in-suite laundary and, a fitness center! Also has air-conditioning for the summer months! Internet and electricity to be split monthly with current tenant. Rent will be lowered if parking is not needed.
This is located in Beltline and is walking distance to downtown as well as 17th Ave with quick access to multiple grocery stores, restaurants as well as +15.
About the roomies
Roommate is a nurse and is very friendly and outgoing. He respects your space and is helpful when needed.
