2-bed 2-bath apartment in a highrise building near Stadium LRT, to be shared with one other person and a cat. the unit has in-suite laundry, a portable AC for the living room, a large balcony with a propane BBQ, a beautiful view of the river valley, lots of natural sunlight, and an updated kitchen with a dishwasher, pantry, and chest freezer. you would only be responsible for furnishing most of your own bedroom and bathroom, as the rest of the apartment pretty much has everything. the location is very convenient for taking transit or spending time outdoors, and there are several shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. the building also has a gym for residents, and underground parking is available for an extra monthly fee.

the exact amount for your half of the rent will depend on if you have pets, need a parking stall, etc., but i’m willing to negotiate rent a little bit for the right person. heat and water are included in the base rent, while internet and electricity are separate. lease renews at the end of august, but i have some flexibility with move-in!

a bit about me: mid-20s, queer, nursing student at macewan, work part time. i have a very sweet and friendly 6-year-old spayed cat (open to another pet but she is usually scared of other animals so patience and understanding while adjusting would be necessary - she loooves people though!). i’m fairly quiet and tidy and tend to keep to myself most of the time, but would ideally like to be friends with my roommate, so someone who’s into similar music, tv/movies, or other general interests as me would be a plus. i’m totally cool with you having people over as long as you’re respectful, communicative, and clean up after yourselves :) 2SLGBTQ+ and 420 friendly
