2 bed 2 bath apartment in a highrise building, to be shared with one other person and a cat. (please note that most of the photos were taken when i was first moving in almost 2 years ago so my current furniture/belongings are not shown - you would ONLY be responsible for furnishing your own bedroom and bathroom; the rest of the apartment pretty much has everything.) it also has in-suite laundry, air conditioning, a large balcony with a propane BBQ, a beautiful view with lots of natural sunlight, and an updated kitchen with a dishwasher and pantry. the location is very convenient for taking transit or walking in the river valley. the building also has a gym on the second floor for residents and underground parking is available for an extra monthly fee. the exact amount for your half of the rent will depend on if you have pets, need a parking stall, etc., but would likely be in the $900-$950 range. heat and water are included

a bit about me: mid-20s, queer, student at macewan, work part time. i have a very sweet and friendly 4 year old spayed cat (open to more pets but she is usually scared of other animals). i’m fairly quiet and clean and like my alone time but would ideally like to be friends with my roommate, so someone who’s into similar music, tv/movies, or other general interests as me would be a plus. I’m totally cool with you having people over as long as you’re respectful, communicative, and clean up after yourselves :) Igbtq+ and 420 friendly
