Property Overview: • Location: McKenzie Town(Prestwick), between of 130th Ave and High Street • Rent: $1,200 per month (utilities excluded) • Damage Deposit: $1,200 • Availability: April 15th, 2024 (can be prorated) • Room Available: Master bedroom with ensuite and walk in closet. • Pet Policy: Pet friendly (except for birds) • Occupancy: looking for one person (couples considered); one other friendly occupant already living here • Furniture: Master bedroom is unfurnished; current tenant is taking their living room furnishings • Kitchen Supplies: Limited kitchen supplies available at the moment (bring your favorite spatula!) • House Status: Still being established, so you’ll be part of the exciting setup process • Storage: Some basement storage available for your convenience; Shed in the backyard. • Laundry: Washer and Dryer in the basement • Parking: Ample street parking • Smoking: Smoking is allowed outside of the house • No Weird Restrictions: No odd rules about food choices, religious practices, guests, or laundry hours. • Neighbours: Super friendly neighbours; one is a dogsitter • Bonus: If you speak Spanish, it’s a plus! I’m learning and would love to practice me español.

Expectations: • Cleanliness: I value a tidy and harmonious living environment. All occupants must contribute to general cleanliness and upkeep of common areas both inside and outside. • Expenses: We’ll split the utilities and house expenses 50/50. Utilities have typically been under $200 per person, excluding Wi-Fi. • Pet Love: I have two senior dogs who require special compassion. On the plus side we have a cool doggie ramp in the yard.
