Looking for one more renter for our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house (FEMALES ONLY). Looking for friendly and respectful individuals/students. I am currently living in the property and two other students are set to move in during April/May (All Females). We are around 23, quiet, and working students. The House has 2 upstairs bedrooms and 2 downstairs bedrooms. Currently one upstairs bedroom is available. The pictures include the shared kitchen, living room, and the bathroom that would be shared with just myself (other 2 girls share the downstairs bathroom).

Would be $750/month, wifi is included, all other utilities split into 4.

Big backyard for lounging and front yard. One space available in the garage and there is plenty of free street parking. Central location in the city with easy transit access, only an 8 minute drive to Chinook Centre, and very easy access to trails along the Bow River. Close to local shops and a half hour drive to basically any far end of the city. Very safe neighborhood (have lived here my whole life with no issues), and neighbors that have lived here 10+ years.

Happy for you to have friends over and love a social environment, just be respectful of the property. I am gone a decent amount as I go to Ontario frequently or stay with my partner.

Pets are considered, there are two cats that will be living downstairs. No smoking inside.

The other 3 girls in the house are all young students. We all work and take a full course load so we are pretty quiet.
