About the room

Im renting a big room in house in burnaby by Deer lake. The bedroom was one closet and can be rented with furniture or without if you have your own. The house it’s a 10 mins from Metrotown skytrain and the bus stop it’s near the house. The rent is $1000.00 for the bigger bedroom and I have second bedroom for $760.00 with bills included as Internet, heat and hydro.
