Roommate Wanted - 3 Bed 2.5 Bath House My roommate (F - 28) and I (F - 24) are currently looking for a 3rd roommate (all genders welcome) for our house. Located in Hidden Valley NW - Close to Stoney Trail, Costco And much more!

About the house, it has tons of space - two living rooms, laundry in the basement, beautiful kitchen & backyard, so having your time alone is more than accessible. We are looking for someone who is also tidy, friendly, and respectful. You would be sharing the bathroom below with 1 female, and have a private bedroom and front of the house parking. The bedroom is big enough for a queen and a dresser with a nicely sized closet. It is currently being used as an office, but that will be moved to the basement once you (hopefully 😉) move in. The backyard is beautiful and we love spending time there in the summer, smoking & 420 friendly - outside only. Rent: 970 per month (wifi, utilities included) you’ll need your own tenant insurance.

We have cats so ideally you would be a cat person or good with animals. Unfortunately, No additional pets though.
