Fully furnished with double bed, dresser, desk, chair, lamp, closet and is on upper floor. High speed Wifi. The backyard is a retreat. One parking space for car. Laundry and rec room on lower level. Home has central air, includes hydro, gas internet & water.

15 minute drive to Chatham, one hr drive to Windsor.15 minutes to Lake Erie.

Quiet household. No recreational drugs, minimal alcohol, no parties, it’s a quiet safe home. Work from home in this house is not an option. Preference given to those working days to ensure we get a good nights rest at night.

You would be living with owner of home and 1 other room mate. We are both professionals, 2 adult male cats in home. We all share in cleaning, I don’t provide paid services such as cleaning entire house, shopping, doing your Laundry or cooking for roomies. It will be nice finding 2 good solid people for room mates.
