private second bedroom in grid 5 apartment building. kitchen, bathroom and living room would be shared. balcony unit; hoping to get a grill! great location in downtown with amazing views. <5m walk to c-train station + multiple bus routes. includes access to the in building gym (year round) & an outdoor pool from may - sept (approx). hoping to have the living room furnished, however if you have furniture to bring that can be discussed (possibly even negotiated to a lesser damage deposit). all utilities included except internet; however, i am on a 2 year fixed plan with telus that equals out to about $50 a month - $100 total, split - (includes free netflix [you will have free access through my account] and tv box with all streaming apps). covered parking is available for an additional $125 / month. more pictures to come after other roommate moves out

i have lived here for two and a half years with my other roommate. as of now (or in the near future lol) i will be living alone with my cat (nova🥹🥰). an additional cat would be okay but will need to be talked about especially in regards to introducing the cats. unfortunately no dogs are allowed in the building. i do vape and am 420 friendly. hoping to maintain a clean, peaceful apartment. i am open to you having people over - there may be times where I have others over; of course with open communication and adhering to any preset boundaries - i would hope the same out of you😊 i am pretty shy at first but i open up relatively fast; while i do like to spend a lot of time alone (i should mention - i do spend a lot of time in the living room; i try to avoid my bedroom unless i’m sleeping lol so please be aware of that!) i am open to being around someone else, that can mean finding a movie / show we both like and sitting in silence, talking to the level of ur comfort, or even just be cordial if that’s all u want. we can talk about it :)
