4. On-site laundry is available for an additional fee.

6. Please leave outdoor shoes at the entrance.
7. Guests, visitors, parties and events are not permitted for privacy and security reasons.
8. Only plain water is permitted in the bedrooms to help keep them clean and fresh.
9. Drugs and alcohol are not permitted.
10. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
11. Please clean up after yourself and keep all shared spaces tidy.
12. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared backyard respectfully.
13. The kitchen may be used for preparing simple, light meals. Heavy cooking is not permitted. A refrigerator, microwave, small oven, toaster, kettle and basic kitchenware are provided.
