Located just north of Sheppard and Leslie. 12’ x 10’ furnished room in a beautiful smoke free townhouse to share with mature adults. The room and house are fully furnished and equipped. Backyard has a beautiful garden, furniture and BBQ. Great community. TTC bus at doorstep and subway is 10 minute walk. Close to shops, restaurants, parks, Fairview and Bayview Village Malls, NYG Hospital, lots of parks. The Don River East Trail runs behind the townhouse complex. It’s great for walking, running and biking.

Mature, professional adults. Easygoing, kind, respectful, clean, considerate and quiet. We are friendly and social while respecting each others privacy and desire for alone time. We have a very sweet and friendly cat named Cocoa who loves people, but will stay out of your room if you prefer.
