Dan's room

It’s a semi-detached 3 floor townhouse. You would have the whole top floor to yourself. We would share the main floor (kitchen), I mostly live in the basement. Everything has furniture except for the bedroom. Full weight room and cardio equipment. Small backyard with driveway with your own spot. Near schools, stores, restaurants, Shoppers, Tim’s and many other things. Bus stop in front of the house.

I’m not in a rush or desperate for a roommate. I’m looking for the right person as I can afford the place on my own but it’s a big hit. I don’t own the place, I’m a tenant as well. I’ve had men and women roommates over the past 20 years. I’m a full-time science teacher and have been teaching for the last 20 years. I live a pretty quiet life. I’m very clean, organized and sociable person. I am usually pretty tired when I get home, but I try and workout 5 times a week in my gym or go for walks around the neighbor with friends. I use to be a practicing RMT for 20 years as well but I’m now retired. One of the rooms upstairs is still a therapy room with all my equipment. I’m allergic to cat and dog hair, so I am looking for someone who does not have a pet.
