Hi, one bedroom available in 2 bedroom basement - utilities are split 50/50 with myself I am the leaseholder and live in the other room so we will have a separate roommate/ sublease agreement.

I am a 23 y/o male, working professional, welder, I am often out of town. I am active, into sports/recreation, gym, I’m often out doing stuff when I am around, or working on projects at home. Canadian. Clean, relatively organized, I have a girlfriend who visits often as well.

I don’t care your gender, ethnicity or beliefs, but we have to get along and I prefer someone in there 20s as well. I need a respectful responsible roommate.

You will need to send me some basic application info after meeting and viewing and if you’re a fit, the landlord and I will approve you, we will sign and you will pay a deposit and your rent, utilities due at the end of the month.

Place is spacious and has an extra parking space and street parking available. Laundry is only shared with me. Lots of storage in the kitchen, as well as the appliance room, shed, side yard, and extra den/office/ workout space

Keep in mind there is no oven/stove. I use a small convection oven and hot plates. Kitchen is small so things need to be kept very clean and orderly on a daily basis, please, I don’t like things to pile up or smell or be chaotic.
