I have a modern, updated 4 bedroom home in Erlton SW. It has hardwood throughout the main and 2 bedrooms, with slate in the kitchen floor and kashmir gold granite island and counters. Below are 2 more bedrooms with 24x24 large gray travertine tile throughout. The second bathroom is downstairs. It is located in Erlton SW on top of the hill. You have an awesome view of the skyline. The back yard is fenced with a firepit and a nice green space. I am looking for someone to take over the entire house and find some roommates. The rent is 2600.00 plus bills. Ideally 3 people sharing would be the max number. So if you took over the house you could charge 1000.00 each a month and have a low rent for yourself. Thank you.
