Hi everyone, I’m seeking a FEMALE roommate to share my cozy 2 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor of The Ellington Condo complex!

Location is in The Village/Church St. Corridor, directly in the downtown core - literally right beside College Station and the 506 streetcar, a 10 minute walk to the Eaton Centre, 7 minute walk to the TMU campus, and easy walking distance to several other shops, grocery stores, and restaurants!

The apartment is a *semi-furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom layout. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove and oven, and a little breakfast bar, as well as lots of cupboard space. The shared bathroom has lots of counter space, as well as a full size bathtub with jets and a separate shower unit. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience, and the living space comes with a sofa. The building’s amenities are also extensive, including a gym with an indoor running track, sauna, party room, library, rooftop deck, and 24 hour concierge!

I’m a 24 year old student at George Brown finishing my Early Childhood Education diploma. I’m fairly introverted, but also love the idea of hanging out with my roommate and/or grabbing a drink with them. I do need my alone time and privacy though, and will respect yours as well. I also value communication and cleanliness/tidiness and am looking for someone who feels the same. I am a semi-regular 4/20 partaker, but absolutely will not be smoking in the apartment. I do also enjoy a drink from time to time (to take the edge off the stress of life and school lol), so hopefully any potential roommate is alright with that!
