Pet-friendly upon approval, although (I don’t have any pets of my own). Conveniently located within walking distance to the Marine Drive Canada Line Station, Superstore, TNT, Shoppers, Fitness World, and an array of delicious eateries.

Rent is $1,400 per month on a month-to-month basis, with a preference for a minimum lease term of one year.

The room can easily accommodate a queen-size bed, desk, and features a sizable closet. Additional perks include outdoor space, in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, and street parking.

You’ll be sharing the suite with me, a female in my early 30s who works from home.
