We’re looking for a female roommate to join our home starting November 1st, with an early move-in available for the right person.

Over the past year, we’ve had a few roommates whose circumstances changed unexpectedly, and they ended up moving out much sooner than planned. While we completely understand that life happens, finding new roommates and completing the lease paperwork each time has been a lot. Because of that, we’re hoping to find someone who’s genuinely looking for a place to call home and intends to stay for the full lease term.

We’re hoping to find someone who meshes well with us and is looking for a place to settle in for the long term.

Pets are allowed, and I do have permission to house one cat on the lease, but we would both need to be on board with the incoming pet. Boardwalk charges a $50/month pet fee

Jude works a corporate job and loves travelling, trying new restaurants, and staying active. She’s always planning her next adventure and is equally happy exploring Calgary or catching up over dinner after work.

Joy works in hospitality and enjoys reading, baking, gaming, and spending time with friends. She loves trying new recipes, hosting the occasional game night, and is always happy to share something fresh out of the oven.

We both enjoy cooking for each other, watching trashy reality TV, and hanging out in the evenings when our schedules line up. At the same time, we both have busy lives and respect each other’s privacy and downtime.

We’re hoping to find someone who’s clean, communicative, and looking for a home where everyone gets along, shares the occasional meal or movie night, and contributes to making the space welcoming.
