Private unfurnished bedroom in 3 bedroom condo. Fenced backyard in a safe neighborhood. Condo is fully furnished, including appliances, cooking supplies, etc and laundry. Bedroom is unfurnished. Shared bathroom between 2 bedrooms, as well as a second bathroom downstairs. Convenient bus route to university. Laundry. Available june 1 for a month to month contract until Aug, with the possibility of extending for the school year.
