Charles's room

I have a room for rent on a month to month basis. The house is being demolished in July. I am looking to rent one of the two rooms. If the tenant is reliable and we get along well, I am open to finding a more long term living arrangement.

Current house is dated, but clean and cost effective, but am looking for something more modern and in a better neighborhood in July.

I am an electrician, I have two dogs. Looking for someone who is tidy, reliable, and fun to live with.
