Cranston Gate SE

Bought this place about 3 years ago now , the room available faces the west so it doesn’t get destroyed by sun, it has a closet but it’s not that big but I have an extra clothing rack or stand up closet I can give ya ,room is grey with carpet. Currently has a queen bed in it but can easily fit a king with room for more stuff. I have a decent sized back yard with a fire pit and deck. Summers are fun back there, full sized basement with a bed in it and couches: laundry stuff. Use it mostly for storage as well as the garage. My boat does occupy the driveway most of the time during the summer but it’s done in the winter. Right across from a school with a huge field so if u have a pet it’s easy. I only need a deposit if ur bringing a cat but the cat has to be good with dogs. I don’t make anyone sign a lease or first and last, I’m a handshake deal person , just only ask for 30 days notice of leaving and rent paid on time.

My self , I’m a crane operator in town. 30 years old and don’t really spend to much time at the house.

Gary , he’s been here for a bit , In his 40’s but a solid guy , he’s a hydro vac operator and just keeps to himself
