Looking for a male roommate in their 20-30’s to share the upstairs space of a 3 bedroom house for May 1, 2024. This will be for one private room in the house - and no pets. The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac, with lots of families and children playing on the streets. Located in between the Aquatic center and the highway, and is a few minute walk to VIU. Space is shared with two males. We like to keep a clean house and would ask that our new roommate do their share of basic chores. The room isn’t extremely spacious, but still a decent size for a bed and it has a closet. The house is fully furnished, except for the room, so not a lot of storage space (we took these pictures before we first moved in several years ago, so it will obviously be more full of stuff). We do have a “Man cave” in the basement that could be put to use as a hangout/living space. We also have a small home gym. Rent includes Hydro+WIFI. The available room is 9.5 X 10 ft, not including the closet.

Two male working professionals in their 30’s. We are very chill and easy to get along with. I sometimes like to occasionally host game nights and get togethers with friends (the garage is perfectly built for such things), but will always work with peoples schedule and give an early notice!
