Victoria's room

This 4 bedroom house is on a quiet street in Brentwood close to the University of Calgary. If you are a non-smoker that’s a good start. If you like dogs that’s good too, but If you love them… even better. The back yard has a fairly large covered area (pergola) with a porch swing to enjoy the outside no matter what the weather. Also internet, cable tv & laundry are included along with all the utilities and….a piano!!!

You will be living on the main floor with 2 people over 40, one male the other female. Myself, a comedian who performs on the weekends & works from home weekdays; and a PhD student at the University of Calgary who has his own ensuite 2 piece bathroom.
There is also a construction worker in her mid 20’s living downstairs (with her own 3 piece bathroom). At the moment 3 of us have dogs ;
20 lbs, 40 lbs & 80 lbs. The little one & the big one (a 1yr old service dog in training) live on the main floor where your room will be & the 40 lbs dog lives in the basement with her owner. They are all well behaved 90 % of the time (which means quiet). The atmosphere in this home is easy going and it is a drama -free household. We are looking for a roommate who is considerate & respectful & prefer a university student or working professional who wants to enjoy a home with dogs.
