1 bedroom available in Scarborough’s East end in a well-kept home located in a safe family neighborhood. The bedroom receives plenty of natural light, as do the common areas. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen in a spacious area, fully furnished.

Bathroom and kitchen are shared. Utilities included, with laundry on-site. Wi-Fi is also included, and the house is equipped with security cameras monitoring the entrance for added safety.

The house is all-female and boasts a friendly atmosphere. Summer rate is $1000. Easy access to both Centennial College Progress Campus, UTSC, and Centennial College Morningside. There is 1 direct bus to Kennedy Station and 1 direct bus to Don Mills Station.

Welcome to our home! We are a quiet and tidy mother-daughter duo living on the property. We value a clean, airy space and take pride in maintaining a cozy atmosphere. Our home is adorned with numerous house plants, adding a touch of greenery to the ambiance.
