The building: is located on Roehampton Avenue and is a 5-minute walk from the main intersection where there is a great variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, movie theater, pharmacies, gyms, and banks as well as the Eglinton subway station which is conveniently on the Yonge Line. Very safe neighborhood with police and fire station close by and Sunnybrook Hospital less than 20 minutes away as well as a great variety of very scenic forested parks. The apartment is south-facing on the top floor so there is a great view, and you can even see the lake. There is an outdoor pool open in the summertime and laundry washer/dryer on every floor. Metered parking in the back. Neighbours are very friendly. Super onsite 24/7
