1250 Square Foot massive 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit right at Yonge & King. 24 Hour grocery and TTC right at your doorstep. Large separate kitchen and Living room.
The room has a shared bathroom. Its an Ensuite and connected to both this room and my room. The bathroom will be shared with me, and I’m in town for about 3 out of 12 months of the year. In the picture the room is furnished with a twinbed (with pullout second bed), side table, shelf & desk, but well be installing a brand new Queen sized bed for the new roomie :)
Washer and dryer ensuite. I have all stainless steel appliances. Air fryer, instant pot, blender too.
Unit has a large patio. Tastefully decorated with wooden & turf flooring.
RENT INCLUDES EVERYTHING: Tasteful furnishings, kitchen accessories and utensils, High-speed fibre internet, hydro & all utilities! Just bring your bags :)

Lease term is 9 months to start Aug 1st - April 30th, and then can extend if this arrangement works for everyone.

About me: I am a Realtor / Investment Advisor / Property Manager in my late thirties . I will be travelling for most of the year, but plan to be in the city once every 4 months for a 3 weeks at a time.
About my current roommate: Yash is a 28 year old software Engineer working in the area. He is chill, and works from home 4 days of the week. Super respectful and keeps the place clean. Sleeps around 11 pm
