Hi, we have 1 student room available. Sharing with other Queens students Minimum 1 year lease.
$900 Includes heating, electric, water and 3 Gbps internet. You just pay for the room. It’s a freshly decorated room with a bed, desk and closet.
Grad students preferred but not required.
Huge common lounge with new widescreen TV. 7 bedrooms total, 2 washrooms with showers. All bedrooms freshly renovated this year. Can be provided furnished with bed, desk and closet for the same price. Garden out back where we will have a picnic table and BBQ setup for the summer.
The house is at 200 Montreal Street. About a minute from Pizza Monster. I can walk to the Grad Club on Queens Campus in about 15 mins (or cycle in about 5) and it’s about an 8 minute walk to the heart of downtown, and outside the madness of the student ghetto. The water front is also only about 5 mins walk, where the rowing club is, so a great place to take your paddleboard in the summer. Nearest supermarket is Food Basics which is cheaper than Metro.
Plenty of secure storage for bikes. The house has 2 parking slots but both are currently taken for now. Street parking is $25 per month.
Number 1 and 801 Buses pass in front of the house.

About the roomies
I work in software and travel quiet a lot. So far we have one recent Queens graduate who is leaving in September to play professional hockey, one guy in his early 20s who is a behavioral psyhologist, and one chemical engineer student who is going into 3rd year, a 3rd year comp sci student and a grad student.
