Hi, we have rooms available. 4 will be available for May 1st, 1 year lease which can be extended for as long as you need a home.

Rooms vary from 850-950 per month depending on size. Includes heating, electric, water and 3 Gbps internet. You just pay for the room.

One year lease available, can be extended for longer. Grad students preferred but not required. No discrimination on gender or subject being studied.

Huge common lounge with new widescreen TV. 2 washrooms with showers. All bedrooms freshly renovated this year. Can be provided furnished with bed, desk and closet for the same price. Garden out back where we will have a picnic table and BBQ setup for the summer.

The house is at 200 Montreal Street. About a minute from Pizza Monster. Walk score 95. I can walk to the Grad Club on Queens Campus in about 15 mins (or cycle in about 5) and it’s about an 8 minute walk to the heart of downtown, and outside the madness of the student ghetto. The water front is also only about 5 mins walk, where the rowing club is, so a great place to take your paddleboard in the summer. Nearest supermarket is Food Basics which is cheaper than Metro.

Plenty of secure storage for bikes. The house has 2 parking spots but both are currently taken for now. Street parking is $35 per month.

Number 1 and 801 Buses pass in front of the house.

I work in software and travel quiet a lot. So far we have one recent Queens graduate who is leaving in September to play professional hockey, one guy in his early 20s who is in nursing, and one chemical engineer student who is going into 3rd year. 3 rooms are currently available.

Looking for clean, responsible and sociable people who enjoy co-living, are happy to do their share of cleaning, respectful of their room mates, but also enjoy getting together for dinner parties and other fun activities.
