Includes: heat, hot water, electric, internet, in-suite laundry, 65” Smart TV with WIFI, kitchenware, a bed and a desk in the room. Main area is air-conditioned. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and plates and bowls. Preferably female, and students since the current roommates are female students as well.
