As a new development, there are no bus stops nearby so I highly recommend you have access to a car or other transportation. It is a 10 min drive from the Kanata business park and highway 417, with walking trails and parks nearby. The layout is open concept and the kitchen and laundry appliances are brand new. The living room furniture is also new and there is a finished basement, but no TV. Fiber 1.5GB internet and other utilities are included. There’s no garage parking, but the driveway can fit one car.
