Hugeee room in a newly renovated Victorian home! The street is a gorgeous tree lined street near Sherman and king:)! Currently no laundry in the apartment but I am toying with the idea of getting a small portable one for us to use until they add the laundry room! There is also a wash and fold service very close by. This price will include utilities that we pay and wifi. Ifff you need furniture let me know as I am currently selling some of mine and can furnish the room or we can leave it empty for you to do so:)! We also ask for a deposit of first month but will require last month as well once moved in!
Hii! Sabina(22) and I (25) are looking for a very cool and respectful Roomie to join us in our beautiful apartment! We will be moving in ourselves June 1st and can have you move in then as well or after! I am a young professional and work full time at two jobs in hospitality. Sabina works from home currently but will be looking to switch careers possibly. She will also soon be going to school!
