Two bedroom basement suite in the College Park area, close to the U of S as well as some grocery stores. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Utilities are included in the rent. Washer and dryer included. Everything furnished besides the room up for rent. Parking out front and bus stop going to the university just across the street. I’m a 21 year old male studying geology at the University of Saskatchewan. Like to keep pretty clean and quiet. I’m usually studying or at the gym so I’m not home often so it’s a pretty calm place.
