Spadina Avenue

Hi my friend and I are looking for a person to share a 3 bedroom apartment with in downtown Toronto. We are looking for someone to move in mid-May so the first month will be $450 for the private bedroom but it will be $900 per month after, utilities and wifi included. Laundry in building. The apartment is located near Spadina Ave & Dundas St. It is steps away from both streetcar lines(505 & 506), grocery stores, great restaurants, and trendy neighborhoods such as Kensington Market(5 mins walk), Toronto Western Hospital(10 mins walk), UofT St. George (20 mins walk), Ryerson University(25 mins walk), Eaton’s centre(15 mins walk). The apartment is on the second floor of a store, but there is a private entrance:) The deposit is based on first and last month ($450+$900), it is a 12 month lease.

My friend and I are both females (20&30), urgently looking for someone to move in with starting May 15th. I am about to be a third year student in the University of Toronto while my friend is a working adult. We’re both friendly, and we enjoy hanging out and chatting with our housemates when we’re free (I can be shy at first but i promise im nice lol).
