About the room

The room is the master bedroom,all furnished .I am only one bus 5 min bus ride to Algonquin College and shopping .I am off the bicycle path and walking distance to the Nepean sportsplex.Easy access to the bus ,only a 2 min walk . About the roomies

Included with rent is all utilities plus wifi . Must be very clean,and able to clean up after yourselves .Looking for Quiet,very clean respectful Adults No high school students .This is not a party house ! NO SMOKERS ,NO PETS ,NO PARKING !! We are not 420 friendly . International roomies welcomed ! I had to fill out the Min and Max stay . PPL are welcomed to stay as long as they wish or not.It is month to month .No lease ,just need to sign you agree to my terms you will be respectful and clean.No room for storage ,some room under the bed .
