Hi everyone,

For July 1st, I’m looking for a new roomie to sign a new 1 year lease with. I have lived in this building at the Toronto Harbourfront for almost 3 years now as a tenant, and have really enjoyed it.

Looking for someone of similar age (27), female, and for the right fit.

It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit on the West facing side of the building. We get lots of sun! In suite laundry. Amenities in the building include: rooftop pool, gym, sauna, party room, library/reading room, guest suite.

Rent is $1800 per month (each). Utilities are extra, and we would split them (usually around $80 per month). Internet is included.
