Looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom house in Killarney. It’s a beautiful house that’s developed on the first and second floor. Laundry access in the basement. Basement Is undeveloped. Rooms are upstairs and could possibly be furnished if you do not have furniture.

Current bathroom situation is shared, but I’m hoping by fall 2024. I will have the master bathroom developed.

Free parking on the street or possible parking in the Garage depending on the size of your vehicle. Very desirable neighbourhood as you are 2 minutes drive away from northbound and southbound Crowchild, 12 minutes away from stony Trail via 29th St. and 5 minutes to downtown with no traffic

close to the c-train - about a 10 minute walk Two minute walk to the Killarney fitness and aquatic Centre Five minute drive to shopping and grocery.

Potential roommate must be responsible, not into partying, and be in school or have a job.

I am a self-employed music, therapist, recording artist and music teacher. I do see students in my house in the evenings between four and 630 Tuesday-Thursday. I am in and out of the house throughout the day as I commute to see clients.

I have a beautiful little upright Yamaha piano in the living room. If you are a musician, you will appreciate this household!

There is ample seating on the back deck as well as a front patio, and I am in an avid gardener, so the summers are quite nice sitting in the garden.

The kitchen is spacious, especially if you enjoy cooking. I do not own a microwave.

I have an older cat, but he does not get along with other cats.
