Hi there, this midtown property is a quick 8-minute walk from Davisville station (yellow line). It is a beautiful southeast-facing unit on the 16th floor. You get lots of natural light and a view of the lake and CN tower. I am looking for someone to take the smaller bedroom for $1300 + utilities.
There are plenty of grocery shops, cafes, parks, and restaurants within walking distance. The building itself is on a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds :)
