Robin's room

I am in the process of finding a place for July 1 and will need someone to share it with. I have been looking in the Southern end of Ottawa at spacious 2-3 bedrooms (ideally 3 bedrooms to make the third an office/guest room) in a house or smaller apartment building. It will be furnished and your bedroom would be unfurnished. I am just looking for 1 roommate to share the space with. I am looking for a nicer place that has air conditioning, newer appliances, a dishwasher, parking spaces etc and am looking for something for maximum $2500/month to be split 2 ways.

A bit about me and who I am looking for:

I am a 30-year-old woman who works for the federal government. I have a small, well-trained and super sweet 5-year-old dog. I will be working from home 3 days a week and going into the office 2 days. I am quiet, clean responsible and respectful. I am also social and enjoy going for walks, fitness classes, spending time with friends, cooking, travelling. I’m easygoing and always open to trying new things and meeting new people. I am fully fluent in Spanish and speak French decently well.

I am looking for a female roommate (non-smoker) to share a place with. Ideally a young professional like myself. You must love dogs as my girl will want to give you all the love. Unfortunately I can’t accept any pets as my dog doesn’t do well with other animals.
