Penthouse unit is 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom and you will be renting the master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet Large balcony and 10 feet ceiling Close to Highway (401, 404), TTC subway station (North York station), and lots of grocery stores & restaurants. $1700 for each month (Internet, hydro, water, heating all included) No pets, no smoking/cannabis No parking spot but the building has people looking to rent out parking spots. Lots of visitor parking spaces available (must reserve in advance)
