We are a group of three male recent graduates looking for a 4th roommate ASAP.

Location: Downpatrick Road, near South Keys/Greenboro Station 5-minute bus ride (90 bus comes every 15 minutes) to South Keys Convenient location for Carleton University students

Townhome: Total of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths Spacious kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave Plenty of cupboard space Bright living/dining area with exit to fenced-in backyard perfect for summer BBQs

Lease: 6-month lease option Rent is $650+utilities (around $715/month)
