Renting my spare bedroom! Roommate will have half of the garage, shared office, kitchen, bathroom and living room spaces. Open to pets - I have cats of my own. 😊

I live by the river valley on the north end so lots of great trails and dog parks!

Room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on preference. Rent includes utilities and wifi (works out to be a little bit less than $700/month for the room plus half of utilities). Could potentially negotiate a slightly lower amount - reach out and let’s talk.

It’s just me! I work 5 days/week and volunteer with Girl Guides (so we always have cookies). I’m pretty quiet and clean and hope that we can keep the shared spaces clean too!
