Property is across the Greater Niagara Falls General Hospital, convenient location to major highways, access to public transportation just steps away, easy access to grocery stores, banks and other needs. This is a shared kitchen, shared two bathrooms, on-site laundry, and owner occupied. The home is capped off to 4 people. Maximizing on space and privacy. You must be clean and know how to clean the common areas on a rotational basis, value peace and quiet and contribute to it as well.

Roommates are required to participate in various task requiring range of motion and lifting of weight so individuals on ODSP is not a good fit for the home.
